Ingredients:
- 3 oz chilled Prosecco
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz chilled sparkling mineral water
- 0.5 wheel fresh organic orange
- 2 cups large clear ice cubes
Instructions:
- Fill a large wine glass (Bordeaux or Balloon style) to the brim with large, clear ice cubes to ensure high thermal mass and minimal dilution.
- Pour the chilled Prosecco into the glass first to establish the base.
- Add the Aperol in a circular motion; its higher density will allow it to naturally sink and integrate with the wine.
- Top with a splash of sparkling mineral water.
- Use a long-handled bar spoon to gently pull the liquid from the bottom upward once. Avoid over-stirring to preserve carbonation.
- Garnish with a half-wheel of fresh orange, sliding it down the side of the glass to release aromatic oils.
