Ingredients:

  • 15g white sanding sugar
  • 5g fine sea salt
  • 1 fresh lime wedge
  • 60ml silver tequila
  • 30ml orange liqueur
  • 30ml white cranberry juice
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 30ml canned coconut milk
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 5 fresh whole cranberries

Instructions:

  1. Mix the sanding sugar and salt on a small flat plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a chilled rocks glass.
  2. Dip the glass firmly into the sugar-salt mixture, rotating slightly to ensure an even, thick coating that mimics frost.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  4. Add the tequila, orange liqueur, white cranberry juice, lime juice, coconut milk, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  5. Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds to emulsify the coconut milk and chill the ingredients thoroughly.
  6. Strain the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  7. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and fresh cranberries to complete the festive look.
