- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/3 cup (80ml) mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup (80ml) sour cream
- 10 oz (285g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 14 oz (400g) canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves (10g) garlic, minced

- 1/4 tsp (1g) red pepper flakes
Instructions:

- Add the squeezed-dry spinach, chopped artichokes, and minced garlic to the bowl. Stir in the salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Fold in half of the mozzarella and all of the Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch oven-safe skillet or ceramic baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the surface.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling.
- Turn the broiler on high for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is golden-brown and slightly charred in spots.
