Instructions:
- Prepare the chicken by shredding or cubing it into bite-sized pieces. Ensure the chicken is completely cooled before mixing.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, pickle brine, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper until a smooth, stable emulsion is formed.
- Add the diced pickles, celery, and minced red onion to the dressing base and stir to combine.
- Gently fold in the shredded chicken using a silicone spatula until every piece is evenly coated in the creamy dressing.
