Ingredients:
- 10 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb cooked ham, diced
- 5 oz fresh baby spinach, chopped and wilted
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted and moisture is released. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 10 eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder for about 60 seconds until the mixture is homogenous and slightly frothy.
- Evenly spread the diced ham and wilted spinach across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheddar over the ham and spinach.
- Pour the egg mixture slowly over the ingredients, ensuring the liquid fills all the gaps.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set and the cheese is mahogany-colored and bubbly.
