Ingredients:

  • 10 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb cooked ham, diced
  • 5 oz fresh baby spinach, chopped and wilted
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted and moisture is released. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 10 eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder for about 60 seconds until the mixture is homogenous and slightly frothy.
  4. Evenly spread the diced ham and wilted spinach across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheddar over the ham and spinach.
  6. Pour the egg mixture slowly over the ingredients, ensuring the liquid fills all the gaps.
  7. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set and the cheese is mahogany-colored and bubbly.
