Ingredients:

  • 8 oz whole grain crackers
  • 1 large pita bread, cut into 8 triangles
  • 4 oz mild cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz deli turkey breast, rolled into cylinders
  • 1 cup classic hummus
  • 3 oz mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Wash all vegetables and fruits thoroughly. Use a vegetable peeler to create ribbons of cucumber or carrots if preferred. Pat all produce dry with a paper towel to prevent crackers from becoming damp.
  2. Place the hummus into a small ramekin or bowl and arrange it on the platter to create an anchor point.
  3. Arrange the whole grain crackers and pita triangles in a sweeping arc around the dip bowl.
  4. Fill the remaining gaps by grouping the produce by color: place red tomatoes next to orange carrots, followed by yellow cheese, green cucumbers, and blue berries.
  5. Tuck the rolled turkey breast and mozzarella pearls into the remaining empty spaces on the board.
