- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure a mahogany-colored exterior.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, kosher salt, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the edges are deep golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.
- Remove from the oven and transfer the chicken to a plate. Tent loosely with foil and let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
